90-Day Poster

How to hand daily posting to a VA without sharing your logins

Give them their own seat instead of your credentials. In 90-Day Poster ($197 one time, seats included free), you type your VA's email in Settings → Assistants. They sign in with their own email, work your campaigns using your credits, and generate, render, and send — but they can't touch your connected ad account, your Buffer, your billing key, or the assistant list. Remove the seat and access ends on their next click.

The problem with the usual way

The usual way is one of two bad options. Share your login — and now a contractor holds the keys to your ad account, and offboarding means changing passwords everywhere. Or keep the login and become the bottleneck — every sign-in link lands in your inbox, which across time zones means your VA in Manila waits half a day for you to wake up and forward an email. Neither is delegation; both are babysitting.

What to decide before you delegate (ten minutes)

  1. Write down the approvals you're keeping. A sane default: you approve the belief system once, you approve ad images before they publish, and only you ever switch an ad from paused to live.
  2. Everything else — writing script batches, rendering images, marking days posted, sending to the queue — is VA work by design.
  3. Agree on the tracker as the single source of truth: if it isn't marked POSTED, it didn't happen.

What an assistant seat includes — and what it locks

How it works

  1. Settings → Assistants → type the VA's email → Add. Done on your side.
  2. The VA goes to 90dayposter.com, signs in with that email (magic link to their inbox), and picks your account.
  3. If they work for several 90-Day Poster owners, a switcher in the header moves them between clients — it turns orange inside a client account so there's no ambiguity about whose work this is.
  4. They work the calendar; you check the tracker and the approval gates you kept.

Questions people ask

Does my VA need to buy their own copy?
No. An assistant seat rides your paid access. Your VA signs in free with their own email, works inside your account, and spends your credit balance — one purchase, the whole team works from it.
Can one VA work for several clients who each own 90-Day Poster?
Yes — that case is built in. A VA invited by several account owners gets an account picker and a switcher in the header: "My account" plus every client who invited them. The switcher goes orange while they're inside a client's account, so there's never doubt about whose campaigns and credits are in play.
What can't an assistant do?
They can't connect, replace, or disconnect your Meta or Buffer accounts, can't see or change your Masher Credits key, can't add or remove other assistants, and can't read your private support threads. They use your connections; they never hold them.
Do I ever share a password?
Never — there are no passwords at all. Sign-in is a magic link emailed to each person's own address. Your VA's link goes to their inbox in their time zone, so nobody has to wake you up to forward an email again.
How do I end a VA's access?
Remove their seat in Settings → Assistants. It takes effect on their very next click — no password rotation, no account cleanup, because they never had credentials of yours to begin with.
How does the VA know what to do each day?
The 90-day calendar is the work order: every day shows its status from PENDING through WRITTEN, APPROVED, RENDERED, SCHEDULED, and POSTED. The VA works the tracker; you review at the approval gates you care about. The plan itself: how the calendar gets built.
What does 90-Day Poster cost?
$197 one time with 2,000 credits included and a 7-day refund. Assistant seats are included — there is no per-seat fee. Details: pricing and what's included.
